Manchester City stayed on top of the log with just a point separating them and Liverpool after defeating Watford 3 – 1 with a Raheem Sterling

Chelsea drew 1 – 1 with Wolves while Newcastle came from 2 goals down to defeat Everton 3 – 2.
Southampton moved further away from the relegation zone with a 2 – 1 win over Tottenham Hotspurs.

AC Milan and Inter Milan won their games to remain 3rd and 4th with 51 points and 50 points respectively.
